WHEREAS: Edward Bonifacio has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Edward Bonifacio wants to pay these tax bills; and

 

WHEREAS: Edward Bonifacio is asking for assistance with these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 55373 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Edward Bonifacio will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 55373.
