ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CRYSTAL SANTIAGO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 90722, 95875, AND 98063

WHEREAS, Crystal Santiago has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Crystal Santiago has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Crystal Santiago has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 90722, 95875, and 98063 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Crystal Santiago will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 90722, 95875, and 98063.
