ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DANIEL CARBAJAL-QUIROS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 58402

WHEREAS, Daniel Carbajal-Quiros has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Carbajal-Quiros has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Carbajal-Quiros has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 58402 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Daniel Carbajal-Quiros will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 58402.
