ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF TALIA CORDOBA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 61363, 61121, 61120, and 83169

WHEREAS, Talia Cordoba has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

WHEREAS, Talia Cordoba has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

WHEREAS, Talia Cordoba has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 61363, 61121, 61120, and 83169 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Talia Cordoba will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 61363, 61121, 61120, and 83169.
