ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ERNEST JOHNSON ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 75827

WHEREAS, Ernest Johnson has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Ernest Johnson has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Ernest Johnson has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 75827 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ernest Johnson will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 75827.
