ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DOROTHY NASEER-ULLAN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 87450 AND 87451

WHEREAS, Dorothy Naseer-Ullan has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Dorothy Naseer-Ullan has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Dorothy Naseer-Ullan has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 87450 and 87451 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Dorothy Naseer-Ullan will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 87450 and 87451.
