ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING A REVIEW OF VEO MOBILITY'S OPERATIONS, POLICIES, AND PROGRAMS.

WHEREAS: VEO Mobility operates scooters and other equipment in New Haven; and
WHEREAS: it is appropriate to review VEO Mobility’s operations, policies and programs; and
WHEREAS: included in that should be a review of the parameters related to their equipment and recommendations for changes to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED THAT the appropriate stakeholders including city staff and members of our Board appointed by the President of the Board of Alders reviewed VEO Mobility's operations, policies, and programs and report the following findings and recommendations:
