ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF YSREAL A MENDOZA-GUZMAN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 83555

WHEREAS, Ysreal A Mendoza-Guzman has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Ysreal A Mendoza-Guzman has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Ysreal A Mendoza-Guzman has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 83555 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Ysreal A Mendoza-Guzman will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 83555.
