ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JAMES E. CAREY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 58398.

WHEREAS: James E. Carey has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: James E. Carey has expressed a willingess to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: James E. Carey has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account number 58398 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that James E. Carey will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 58398.
