ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MALIK SHABAZZ ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 96956, 96957, 96971, AND 99235

WHEREAS: Malik Shabazz has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Malik Shabazz wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Malik Shabazz is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 96956, 96957, 96971, and 99235 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Malik Shabazz will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 96956, 96957, 96971, and 99235.
