ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DERVAL MURPHY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 86807

WHEREAS: Derval Murphy has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Derval Murphy wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Derval Murphy is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 86807 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Derval Murphy will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 86807.
