ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DANIEL HAMER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 72671, 72716, 84765, AND 84766

WHEREAS, Daniel Hamer has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Hamer has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Hamer has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 72671, 72716, 84765, and 84766 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Daniel Hamer will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 72671, 72716, 84765, and 84766.
