ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JAMES BANKS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 53530 AND 81030

WHEREAS, James Banks has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, James Banks has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, James Banks has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 53530 and 81030 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that James Banks will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 53530 and 81030.
