ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF FRANK GREEN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 71990, 70886, 86098, AND 70860

WHEREAS, Frank Green has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Frank Green has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Frank Green has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 71990, 70886, 86098, and 70860 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Frank Green will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 71990, 70886, 86098, and 70860.
