ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF HADIYAH FOSTER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 68860, 67927, 67846, 68667, AND 68585

WHEREAS, Hadiyah Foster has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Hadiyah Foster has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Hadiyah Foster has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 68860, 67927, 67846, 68667, and 68585 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Hadiyah Foster will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 68860, 67927, 67846, 68667, and 68585.
