ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF COREY MADDOX JR. ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 81001.

WHEREAS: Corey Maddox, Jr. has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Corey Maddox, Jr. has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Corey Maddox, Jr. has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 81001 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Corey Maddox, Jr. will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 81001.
