ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF LUIS M. RIVERA JR ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 901509, 901510, AND 94489.

WHEREAS: Luis M. Rivers Jr has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Luis M. Rivers Jr wants to pay these tax bills; and
WHEREAS: Adontay Groom is asking for assistance with these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 901509, 901510, and 94489 be forgiven
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Luis M. Rivers Jr will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 901509, 901510, and 94489.
