ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF TROY WINFREY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 837113, 837114, AND 805549.

WHEREAS, Troy Winfrey has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Troy Winfrey has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Troy Winfrey has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 837113, 837114, and 805549 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Troy Winfrey will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 837113, 837114, and 805549.
