ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SELEQ Y TRAVASO-TORRES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 104594, 95740, AND 101832

WHEREAS, Seleq Y Traverso-Torres has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Seleq Y Traverso-Torres has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Seleq Y Traverso-Torres has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 104594, 95740, and 101832 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Seleq Y Traverso-Torres will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 104594, 95740, and 101832.
