ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING ASSISTANCE WITH THE REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MICHAEL DEGENARO ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 727431, 727432, AND 106679

WHEREAS, Michael DeGenaro has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Michael DeGenaro has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Michael DeGenaro has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 727431, 727432, and 106679 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Michael DeGenaro will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 727431, 727432, and 106679.
