BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the Mayor’s appointment of Michele (Miche) Palmer to the Environmental Advisory Council as a regular member for a term ending October 1, 2028 be and hereby is approved. Michele (Miche) Palmer will be replacing Kathleen Fay, who is termed out, on the Council.
