ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MARIA MIRANDA-IRIZARRY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 85694

WHEREAS, Maria Miranda-Irizarry has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Maria Miranda-Irizarry has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Maria Miranda-Irizarry has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 85694 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED THAT Maria Miranda-Irizarry will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 85694.
