ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING ASSISTANCE WITH REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ALPHONSO R. DOLBERRY-LOPES ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT NUMBERS 63901, 63979, AND 64643.

WHEREAS, Alphonzo R. Dolberry-Lopes has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Alphonzo R. Dolberry-Lopes has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Alphonzo R. Dolberry-Lopes has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts numbers 63901, 63979, and 64643 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Alphonzo R. Dolberry-Lopes will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts numbers 63901, 63979, and 64643.
