WHEREAS: Ms. Elliott has two old car tax accounts for 2004 and 2005, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Elliott states that one car was traded in and the other was repossessed, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Elliott is asking for assistance from the Board of Alders.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that on account numbers 578632 and 616892 the interest be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the taxes on account 616892 be reduced to $322.88.
