ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF WILLIAM RODRIGUEZ ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 95816, 95762, 89917, 95328, 95763, AND 89918

WHEREAS, William Rodriguez has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, William Rodriguez has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, William Rodriguez has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 95816, 95762, 89917, 95328, 95763, and 89918 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that William Rodriguez will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 95816, 95762, 89917, 95328, 95763, and 89918.
