ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JACQUELYN RENEE HARDY ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 72900 AND 71910

WHEREAS, Jacquelyn Renee Hardy has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Jacquelyn Renee Hardy has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Jacquelyn Renee Hardy has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 72900 and 71910 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jacquelyn Renee Hardy will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 72900 and 71910.
