ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ELIZABETH MCCREA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 82275 AND 83719

WHEREAS, Elizabeth McCrea has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth McCrea has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth McCrea has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 82275 and 83719 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Elizabeth McCrea will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 82275 and 83719.
