ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DESTINEE BOWDEN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 55627

WHEREAS, Destinee Bowden has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Destinee Bowden has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Destinee Bowden has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 55627 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Destinee Bowden will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 55627.
