ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JIMMY RAMIREZ ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 767821, 90932, AND 90904.

WHEREAS: Jimmy Ramirez has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Jimmy Ramirez has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Jimmy Ramirez has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 767821, 9032, and 90904 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jimmy Ramirez will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 767821, 9032, and 90904.
