ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF DEREK LEWIS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 80228 AND 80622

WHEREAS, Derek Lewis has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Derek Lewis has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Derek Lewis has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 80228 and 80622 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Derek Lewis will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 80228 and 80622.
