ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF JERRISHA NELSON ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 85725, 90667, 8599, 85670, 88366, 27386, AND 87334

WHEREAS, Jerrisha Nelson has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Jerrisha Nelson has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Jerrisha Nelson has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 85725, 90667, 8599, 85670, 88366, 27386, and 87334 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jerrisha Nelson will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 85725, 90667, 8599, 85670, 88366, 27386, and 87334.
