WHEREAS: Mr. Charlot bought a condo located at 82 Front Street in May 2008, and

WHEREAS: The size of the condo was listed incorrectly in the Assessor’s office which resulted in his taxes being greater than they should have been, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Charlot has been paying the incorrect tax amount for many years, and

WHEREAS: Mr. Charlot is asking for assistance with this account.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that a refund in the amount of $750.16 be made.
