ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF 860-864 STATE STREET LLC., ON THEIR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 860 STATE STREET, TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER 11375.

WHEREAS: 860-864 State Street LLC., owns the property located at 860 State Street since December 2010, and

WHEREAS: The size of the property was listed incorrectly in the Assessor’s office which resulted in their taxes being greater than they should have been, and

WHEREAS: The Assessor’s office has determined that the property is smaller than recorded which reduces the Assessed value for taxes, and

WHEREAS: 860-864 State Street LLC has been paying the incorrect tax amount for several years, and

WHEREAS: 860-864 State Street LLC is asking for assistance with this account.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the the taxes for account number 11375 be reduced by $10,810.03
