ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHELSEA TELFORD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 102137 AND 102704

WHEREAS, Chelsea Telford has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Chelsea Telford has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Chelsea Telford has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 102137 and 102704 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Chelsea Telford will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 102137 and 102704.
