ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF MARKETA R. DARDEN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 744595, 744596, 759525, 759526 and 820866.

WHEREAS: Mareka R. Darden has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Mareka R. Darden has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Mareka R. Darden has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 744595, 744596, 759525, 759526, and 820866 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Mareka R. Darden will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 744595, 744596, 759525, 759526, and 820866.
