ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF NARLA NARLA HEMANTH CHANDRA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 88031

WHEREAS, Narla Narla Hemanth Chandra has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and

 

WHEREAS, Narla Narla Hemanth Chandra has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Narla Narla Hemanth Chandra has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 88031 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Narla Narla Hemanth Chandra will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 88031.
