ORDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ARTHUR ADORNO JR ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 924859, 50758, AND 50797

WHEREAS, Arthur Adorno Jr. has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Arthur Adorno Jr. has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Arthur Adorno Jr. has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 924859, 50758, and 50797 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Arthur Adorno Jr. will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 924859, 50758, and 50797.
