ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SHAINA LIGGINS ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 80417

WHEREAS, Shaina Liggins has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Shaina Liggins has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Shaina Liggins has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 80417 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Shaina Liggins will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 80417.
