WHEREAS: Jerryed A Burgess Jr., has old motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS: Jerryed A Burgess Jr.,  wants to pay these tax bills; and

 

WHEREAS: Jerryed A Burgess Jr.,  is asking for assistance with these accounts.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 81926, 81528, 56589, 56631, and 56937 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jerryed A Burgess Jr.,  will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 81926, 81528, 56589, 56631, and 56937.
