ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ALYCE POLIQUIN ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 91680, 91736, AND 91815

WHEREAS, Alyce Poliquin has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Alyce Poliquin has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Alyce Poliquin has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 91680, 91736, and 91815 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Alyce Poliquin will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 91680, 91736, and 91815.
