ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CHARMION KINDER ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 77353,78360, AND 78492

WHEREAS: Charmion Kinder has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Charmion Kinder has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Charmion Kinder has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 77353, 78360, 78492 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Jose Delcarpio-Beltra will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 77353, 78360, 78492.
