NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account number 904942 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Kendra Walton will pay the outstanding taxes less the interest within ninety days of the passage of this Order or the interest shall be restored on motor vehicle tax account 904942.
