ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ROBERT BYRD ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 57375 AND 57329

WHEREAS, Robert Byrd has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and

 

WHEREAS, Robert Byrd has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, Robert Byrd has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 57375 and 57329 be forgiven; and

 

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Robert Byrd will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 57375 and 57329.
