ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SAMUEL M. SENANU ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 99242, 99243, 96763, and 91340

WHEREAS, Samuel M. Senanu has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Samuel M. Senanu has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Samuel M. Senanu has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 99242, 99243, 96763, and 91340 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Samuel M. Senanu will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 99242, 99243, 96763, and 91340
