ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF CARMEN SUAREZ-RIVERA ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 91962, 99322, AND 99372

WHEREAS, Carmen Suarez-Rivera has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Carmen Suarez-Rivera has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Carmen Suarez-Rivera has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 91962, 99322, and 99372 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Carmen Suarez-Rivera will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 91962, 99322, and 99372.
