ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF STEPHEN VIOLET ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 92610 AND 106345

WHEREAS, Stephen Violet has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS, Stephen Violet has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Stephen Violet has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 92610 and 106345 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Stephen Violet will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 92610 and 106345.
