ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF ISAAC NELSON SR. ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNTS 87046,88495, AND 89321.

WHEREAS: Isacc Nelson, Sr. has outstanding motor vehicle tax accounts; and
WHEREAS: Isaac Nelson, Sr. has expressed a wiliness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS: Isaac Nelson Sr. has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on these accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax accounts 87046,88495, and 89321 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Isaac Nelson, Sr. will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax accounts 87046,88495, and 89321.
