ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDER CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY TAXES OF SHAUN WHITE ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX ACCOUNT 105073

WHEREAS, Shaun White has an outstanding motor vehicle tax account; and
WHEREAS, Shaun White has expressed a willingness to pay the outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS, Shaun White has requested assistance regarding the interest accrued on this account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for motor vehicle tax account 105073 be forgiven; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Shaun White will pay the outstanding taxes, less the interest, within ninety (90) days of the passage of this Order, or the interest shall be reinstated on motor vehicle tax account 105073.
