WHEREAS: Ms. McNeal purchased a sliver lot on Portsea Street in 2009, and
WHEREAS: The Sliver lot was given a different tax number and did not note the primary property address on Portsea Street, and
WHEREAS: This sliver lot has been taxed and the bill was not received by Ms. McNeal, and
WHEREAS: Ms. McNeal has requested assistance with the taxes for Grand List years 2011 through 2022.
NOW THERFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the taxes, interest, and fees for account number 15144 be forgiven.
