Body

WHEREAS: Ms. Walker had three vehicles registered in New Haven in 2012 to 2013, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Walker states that these vehicles were either repossessed or junked, and

WHEREAS: Ms. Walker is asking for assistance with these accounts.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED by the New Haven Board of Alders that the interest for account numbers 886697, 904865, 836605, 870024, and 96332 be forgiven.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the tax on account number 836605 and 870024 be forgiven and the tax on account number 88697 be reduced to $105.52.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that Alice Walker. will pay within ninety days of the passage of this order or the interests and taxes shall be restored on motor vehicle tax accounts 886697, 904865, 836605, 870024, and 96332.
